Effective July 2026
The service
Routeless Radar monitors how AI assistants describe and recommend your business, and suggests improvements. Depending on your plan this includes weekly AI scans, website health and Google Business Profile checks, website uptime monitoring with outage alerts, and an optional Google Analytics connection showing visitors referred by AI assistants. It is monitoring and guidance software — implementation services are sold separately by Routeless.
Accounts and billing
Plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Local includes one tracked website and Growth includes two. Additional tracked websites are quantity-based add-ons on the same subscription ($49 per month or $490 per year each, matching the plan's cadence). Additions and removals are prorated; removing capacity may require stopping weekly tracking for a website first. Saved snapshots do not consume paid capacity. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period, then scheduled scans stop. Annual renewals are notified by email 30 days in advance.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of your first Local or Growth payment, no questions asked. Annual renewals are non-refundable after the renewal window closes.
Fair use
Plans include defined scan volumes, website re-check allowances, and uptime check frequencies per tier. We may throttle automated abuse of free scans. You may only track businesses you own or are authorized to represent, and only connect Google Analytics properties you are authorized to access.
Uptime alerts
Uptime monitoring observes your public website from our servers on a schedule; brief outages between checks can be missed, and network conditions can occasionally produce false alarms. Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee of detection. By adding a phone number you consent to receiving outage text messages at that number (carrier rates may apply); remove the number anytime to stop them.
The data
AI answers are observations of third-party systems at a point in time; they change without notice and are not guaranteed accurate. Google Analytics figures are read from your own GA4 property and reflect Google's measurement, not ours. Reports are independent analysis by Routeless, not endorsements by any AI provider or by Google. Your account data is yours: export or delete it anytime from Settings. After cancellation you have 30 days to export before deletion is queued.
Liability
Radar is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeless's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for decisions made from report contents, for third-party AI system behavior, or for losses caused by undetected downtime or delayed alerts.
